Some key points of our systems at a glance

Recobene

Recobene is the best visual repositioning algorithm for laser welding. This AI algorithm simplifies surface conditions, dimensional differences and varying brightness levels.

It learns all possible scenarios and reacts like the human eye to determine where the seam needs to be re-positioned and by what size. Its calculation speed of a few milliseconds allows it to be used in production lines with short cycle times.

By working on newer and more divergent cases, the recognition of future cases is greatly facilitated.

Pathabene

An indisputable tool for parts with low manufacturing precision. Pathabene will decide by itself where to weld. Parts may be square, round or of random shape, Pathabene will always find the right path to weld.

ML motorized camera module

Image quality has never been better. A theoretical pixel size of less than a half micron may be configured. The "Speedy" and "Superzoom" camera options enhance our ability to offer customers customized solutions tailored to their needs,

Microtechnology requires increasingly powerful tools for ever-smaller parts. This camera module expands visual capabilities, opening the door to amazing fine contours. With the mechanically-driven option and the already efficient liquid lens, Welding on different focal planes has never been easier or more precise.

Full network solution

The Linux version of Forbeam allows an easier implementation on a centralized server and leverages network integration across a fleet of machines. With multi-instance support, the software serves as a central hub for multiple workstations.

On the machine itself, only network components remain, with no data stored locally. In the event of a disaster, data is stored in the client's server backups and can be quickly restored.

Free output angle

The Kallinetti and Kallpa series have the possibility to set the fiber output at any 30°. This improves integration inside machines by setting the perfect angle.

A ball bearing keeps a very precise rotation with full light and dust permeability. The rigidity is assured by screws blocking the chosen angle.

Made for all

Our collimator can be delivered with a QBH or QD connector. This feature allows to connect all major laser sources on the market.

With optics for 515 nm or 1'030-1'070 nm, the most demanding applications receive the right wavelength. With air or water cooling, laser power can be set up to 8 kW CW.

Special components can be developed on demand depending on the client's needs.

Programmable lighting

Machine vision and graphic interface occasionally require the setup of different light power levels between the 4 quadrants. This is part of Forbeam's program recepices.

The power supply works with a TCP-IP communication so that it may be connnected directly to the Forbeam working computer or server.

With a protective window for 1'030-1'070 nm, LEDs are protected against reflections.
